Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized therapeutic care by conducting thorough intake and understanding each client's unique story, pain, stress, and specific needs
Tailor sessions to the client's goals, ensuring they feel listened to and understood throughout the experience
Maintain a peaceful, clean, and safe treatment space that promotes a sense of 'coming home' for clients
Communicate professionally using a grounded, reassuring, and thoughtful tone—clear explanations without coldness or vague language
Uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness, never compromising quality for profit
Maintain accurate records of client history, treatment plans, and session notes
Required Qualifications
Current and valid state license as a Massage Therapist
Proven ability to perform a variety of massage modalities with a strong focus on therapeutic and clinical outcomes
Exceptional soft skills—attentive, thoughtful, and empathetic, making clients feel comfortable, cared for, and truly listened to
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor
Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in massage techniques
